At minigara.com, we want you to love your purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got your back. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
📦 How Returns Work
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

It must include tags and original packaging

Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email) is required
To start the return process, email us at support@minigara.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions on how to send your item back. Please don’t return anything before contacting us — unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items
Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered?
We're so sorry — let’s fix it fast.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@minigara.com with photos if possible. We’ll make it right.
Note for Toy Vehicles:
Due to shipping regulations, toy vehicles are shipped without batteries. Simply install 3 x LR44 (1.5V) batteries into the bottom of the car, and you’re good to go.

Want a different color or model?
We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order — it’s faster and easier for everyone.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status.
